Some people have their friends over to toast to the year that has passed, while others stay up until midnight to watch the ball drop in New York City. Whatever your traditions, celebrating the incoming new year is always exciting. New Year’s Eve events
Bentonville has many events for families and adults throughout the day and evening.
Zing in the New Year at Amazeum
All day long, the region’s premier children’s museum will feature family-engaging activities to ring in the New Year Amazeum-style. Advanced registration for activities not needed. The museum will close at 3 p.m. that day after their “Zinging-In Ceremony.
This fun event at Little Giggles is for all ages! Participation is free with the price of regular admission. The festivities are 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. December 31. There will be food, a photo booth, fun games, and a ball drop at noon!
This event is a fundraiser for Souls Harbor and is 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. December 31 at the Double Tree Hotel in Bentonville. The event includes Professional poker tables/first round of chips blackjack/Texas hold-em/craps/roulette/slot machines; Hors d’oeuvres; Midnight champagne toast; Libations; Music by Paper Jam Band; and a silent auction. There are also options to stay at the hotel.
The Samaritan Community Center and the Simons family are hosting this bash to help the homeless. Funds raised will help provide essential care bags to the homeless of NWA as well as help with medical costs to a fantastic local family. Tickets are $30/person or $50/couple. There will be a cash only snack and non-alcoholic beverage station as well as possible silent auction. A live DJ, a cash bar (or bring your own!), and a great night of dancing awaits.
This speakeasy-style supper club will be hosted in the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art’s Great Hall. The event is 8:30 p.m. to 1 a.m. Saturday, December 31. Tickets are $225 and $200 for museum members. Participants will include a seated, fine dining experience with multiple courses paired with cocktails or wine. Crystal Bridges Culinary Director Case Dighero and Robert Ginsburg, Executive Director of the Northwest Arkansas Jazz Society will host the evening, which features Grammy nominated pianist/vocalist Judy Carmichael, Block Street Hot Club, special guests Arkansas Staged, dancing, and a midnight celebration. Reserved parking is available and your ticket covers Museum Dance Party admission as well.
Also hosted by Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, the New365 is New Year’s Eve celebration that includes a DJ, a silent-disco, dance performances, and a variety of food. The event starts at 9:30 p.m. and goes until 1 a.m. Ticket prices are $55 for members and $60 for non-members. In the Eureka Springs, the city is hosting a New Year’s Eve party! There will be a DJ, dancing, and a Champagne Toast to ring in the new year. Admission to the event is $10 a person, and the party starts at 6 p.m..
Grotto Dining Experience
If you are interested in dinner and the dance party, Eureka Springs also has a Grotto Dining Experience, that includes a seven-course meal and admission to the party. In Fayetteville, there are two New Year’s Eve events, one during the day and the other all night long.
Noon Year’s Eve Family Celebration
Starting at 11 am, the Noon Year’s Eve Family Celebration will have dancing, art projects, and live performances. Admission to the event is free, and all families are welcome!
Last Night Fayetteville
At 7 p.m., the Last Night Fayetteville event will begin in the Fayetteville Town Center. There will be food, dancing, and other entertainment as the party rings in the new year. New Year’s Eve Party at Levi’s Gastrolounge
Levi’s Gastrolounge New Year’s Eve Party with Magnolia Brown is hosted by Levi’s Gastrolounge and Low Bar in downtown Rogers. There will be live music playing from 7 p.m. until 1 a.m., and the party also includes a Champagne Toast to ring in the new year.
New Year’s Eve Bash
At the Holiday Inn and Convention Center, the New Year’s Eve Bash will include performance by Ultra Suede, a champagne toast, and a midnight balloon drop.
